Bicycle automatic assembly production line is flat-top chain of Conveyor,driven by motor reducer and running in a dedicated guide rail,which the load-bearing steel plates are fixed on the chain bending plates in the guide rails on both sides of the conveyor as the conveying medium. This assembly line consists of drive mechanism, tensioning device, traction chain, plates, drive and reversing sprocket, frame and other parts.

Application:  the assembly line can be use to bike assembly, mountain bike assembly,road cycling assembly,city bike assembly
